Looking for a more personal touch, some clients seek face-to-face contact with customers via field marketers directly giving away goods or information – this can be promotional goods, leaflets or newsletters, or just providing information and the ability to field questions, in person.

For East Coast we distributed 50,000 travel wallets between Glasgow and London, for Metronet we handed out over half a million bottles of water across central London and for First Capital Connect, we gave tea bags to early morning Thameslink commuters. We've also done experiential marketing including pavement art and public launches – including the recent Flying Scotsman train launch, and Lincoln Echo train naming ceremony.
